Women's hockey Bursary

For the first time, the Gatineau Kiwanis International Midget hockey tournament wishes to acknowledge the growth of women's hockey in the Outaouais region, partnering with the Aylmer Women’s hockey tournament.
During a special ceremony, a $1250 sponsorship was given to Kim Lamoureux and Teresa Stanley of the Aylmer women's hockey organizing committee. In addition to the sponsorship, a friendly game was played by two women’s team composed of players from Bantam to Junior in between the two tournament finals.
