Sylvain "Greg" Grégoire Scholarship

During the 45th edition of the Gatineau international midget kiwanis tournament, the Sylvain « Greg » Grégoire scholarship was given to Guillaume Côté from the Gatineau Intrépide.

The $1,000 grant is contributed by Bellai et Frères and recognizes the efforts of a hockey player who combined both studies and sports with success. The Intrépide’s number 27 seriously invested in his studies and was able to maintain an impressive academic result. A look at his notes from the last term speaks for itself: 100% in English, 92% in Mathematics, Grammar and Contemporary World, 89% in Chemistry and 84% in French.

This player is very successful in balancing his studies and practice of his sport of at least 15 hours a week. Guillaume is the 18th recipient.

The Sylvain « Greg » Grégoire grant was instituted following the tragic death of the 28th edition tournament organizer.
