The Gatineau International midget Kiwanis Tournament contributes to the development of this sport in giving away each year grants to various minor hockey associations.

During the 43rd edition, the Tournament organization gave a cheque of $ 1,000 to Mister Stéphane Bertrand, the president of the Hull minor hockey association.

A second grant was given this year, a contribution from the deputy from Chapleau and also minister responsible for the Outaouais region, Mister Benoit Pelletier.

Mister Pelletier is proud to be associated for the third year with Gatineau International midget Kiwanis Tournament and to present a cheque in the amount of $ 1,000 to Mister Michel Lavergne, president of the Buckingham Minor hockey association.
